Therapy for anxiety in San Francisco, Pacifica and across California In-person and online

You can take back control.

 You’re ready to tame anxiety

and find your inner peace

Anxiety can feel like that well-meaning friend who cautions you about every possible danger, real or imagined.

It is that little (but mean) voice in your head whispering, “They don’t really like you” or “You’re going to mess this up.”

Constantly hearing that voice in your head can leave you second guessing every word you say and every move you make.

Anxiety has your brain hitting the panic button, sending your heart racing, palms sweating, and thoughts spinning.

It can put stress on your worklife, your connection with others, and your physical and emotional well-being.

MY APPROACH

Together, let’s put you back in the driver’s seat of your life.

As a warm, experienced, and interactive therapist, I will hold space and always approach the work we do together with mindful empathy. As you feel ready, you are welcome to bring all of yourself to our sessions.

As we explore your inner world with curiousity and compassion, you will gain clarity on the underlying network of thoughts and beliefs that contribute to your worries. We will explore the pattens of thoughts that are limiting your ability to live the life you hope for. Together, we will begin to loose the hold that these beliefs have over you and introduce more balanced and flexible views. We will also work at increasing your level of self-compassion as meeting yourself with kindness and understanding is a proven strategy for reducing anxiety.

Therapy for anxiety can help you…

  • embrace life with a newfound sense of freedom and lightness

  • feel more confident in yourself and your abilities

  • experience greater inner peace as you live more fully in the present

Living with anxiety is like being followed by a voice.
It knows all your insecurities and uses them against you.
It gets to the point when it’s the loudest voice in the room.
